Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched from Mehta Hospital, Radaur, Haryana, through our shipping partners. Once payment is confirmed, your order is packed and handed over for dispatch on working days.

• We deliver across India to serviceable pin codes.
• A tracking reference is shared on your registered phone number or email once the parcel is picked up.
• Please provide a complete address with landmark and a reachable phone number to avoid delivery failures.

Timelines are estimates and may vary with location, courier load and weather or local disruptions.

• Dispatch: within 1–3 working days of a confirmed order.
• Metro cities: usually 3–5 working days after dispatch.
• Other cities and towns: usually 5–8 working days after dispatch.
• Orders are not dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.

Any applicable shipping charge is shown clearly at checkout before payment. There are no hidden charges added after an order is placed.

If your parcel is delayed, appears tampered with, or is marked delivered but not received, contact us within 48 hours so we can raise it with the courier and resolve it quickly.
